Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, $10-$12/hr.-contingent upon experience/skillset, etc. Responsibilities Include: Answering a multi-line phone system Able to speak eloquently to customers and employees Able to take direction/note taking abilities Filing and Labeling of employee folders Value confidentiality with the proprietary information seen/heard in the office Properly direct employees to the Support Staff Able to think and act quickly Answer payroll questions from employees Adhere to company standards and ethics program Demonstrate excellent computer skills-will use Microsoft Word/Excel
